Kenya Young Adults - May 2027

CCV is proud to partner with Missions of Hope International in Kenya. Our team of students will conduct a four-day VBS with the 500+ students at the school, including crafts, songs, dance, sports, and music.

Who can go?
This trip is for CCV Young Adults who are between the ages of 18-28 and CCV Young Adult Leaders
Only those who qualify will be accepted on this trip.
*Graduating Seniors cannot apply*

Requirements that all participants must complete:

• Passports must be valid and in hand by March 1, 2027. Current passports cannot expire before December 1, 2027. 
• All participants of the trip will be required to do background check.
• All participants should attend CCV's Starting Point class (if you haven't already been)
• Participants will be required to attend all pre-trip preparation meetings - TBD

Trip Cost:  $2,900
This fee includes roundtrip group airfare from Phoenix to Nairobi, Kenya, as well as accommodations, transportation, and meals while in the country. It also covers emergency medical insurance, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials.

Not included: Passport fees, Visa fees ($31.00), vaccinations, any personal spending money, meals during travel, and souvenirs.

Do I need to get any shots? Where can I get shots?

Please visit cdc.gov/travel for up-to-date vaccination requirements for your destination. There are lots of great travel clinics in the valley to get your shots, so you can find one close and convenient for you. Please inquire and schedule your appointment soon.
