Requirements:
All participants MUST be 18 years or older and have a valid passport.
Passports cannot expire 6 months prior to the return date. A color copy of your
passport must be uploaded upon registration.
All Participants will receive a valid Visa for Entry into Cuba.
All Participants must attend all team meetings and trainings.
All Participants must complete a Missions Background Check and attend CCV's Starting Point class.
Spanish Speaking is not required but an added bonus.
Proposed Itinerary:
Day 1: Travel Day - Red eye flight to Havana, Cuba
Day 2: Orientation & Prep for week
Day 3-5 : VBS (community), Home Visits, Work Project (TBD), Evangelism Service
Day 6: Day in Havana, Excursion, 1 meal (included)
Day 7: Church, work project
Day 8: Travel Day - To Phoenix, AZ
Included in this fee: Round trip international group airfare to and from Havana, accommodations, transportation and meals while in country. This also covers medical insurance, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials.
Not included: Passport fees, travel visa, vaccinations, Covid-19 PCR tests (if needed) and any personal spending money for meals during travel and souvenirs.
Travel Information: All travel arrangement will be made through CCV. If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.
Shots: There are no shot requirements, but an updated Tetanus shot is Strongly Recommended for ALL trips.
*All payments/donations made are tax deductible but are NOT refundable*
Final Balance is due by 2 weeks prior to travel.
