Travel with CCV to Rockaway Beach, MO to work alongside our partner Convoy of Hope.

In the heart of the Ozarks, about an hour south of Convoy of Hope's World Distribution Center, our Rural
Initiatives is engaged in the community of Rockaway Beach, Missouri.

Convoy of Hope is honored to partner with a growing local church, whose pastor is fighting for the soul of his community
The CCV team will work with him and his congregation in transforming this former resort town - filled with deep
poverty, methamphetamine use, and broken families - into one where citizens flourish and understand their
true identity.

This local church purchased an abandoned resort and is working to renovate buildings into local businesses that
provide new jobs and opportunities. Throughout the year, mission trip teams assist the church with renovating the
site, engaging local citizens through church programs, and assisting with the church-run thrift store.  Join us in this journey.

Who can go?

• Anyone willing to share the love of Christ and work alongside the local church in Rockaway Beach. 

What are the requirements to go?

• Attend CCV's Starting Point class (if you haven't already been)
• Complete a CCV Mission background check.
• Attend all pre-trip preparation meetings. Times and Location TBD. Your trip leader will set all dates and times for your team meetings.

Trip Cost: $1000.00

• Included in this fee: Round trip Airfare from Phoenix to Rockaway Beach, MO, accommodations (bunk style and gender specific- you will be asked to bring bedding with you), transportation and meals. This fee also covers medical insurance, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials.
• Not included: Personal spending money for meals during travel and souvenirs.

Payment Schedule:

• $100 deposit per person is non-refundable at the time of registration.
• Final balance is due by August 15, 2026.  If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.
• FUNDRAISING INFORMATION: We absolutely encourage fundraising. Very few people pay for the trip on their own. More information will be provide for you.
