Overview
Join us on a life-changing mission trip to serve refugee communities in the Middle East. In partnership with an in-country church actively supporting displaced families, this trip provides a unique opportunity to bring hope, practical care, and the love of Christ to those affected by conflict and hardship. Participants will learn, serve, and build meaningful relationships through compassionate outreach.

Mission: Meeting Needs & Sharing Hope
Our mission is to visit refugee families and offer both practical assistance and spiritual encouragement. Through food distribution, home visits, prayer, and Gospel conversations, we aim to meet tangible needs while pointing people to the hope found in Jesus. This trip is ideal for individuals who desire to combine hands-on service with relational, Gospel-centered ministry.

Vision: Empowering Refugee Families
We desire not only to meet immediate needs but also to invest in long-term hope. By partnering with local workers who serve these communities year-round, our team will come alongside ongoing ministry efforts that strengthen and empower refugee families facing an uncertain future.

Strategy

• Presence — We will visit refugee families in their homes, delivering essential supplies, praying for needs, and offering encouragement.
• Partner — We work closely with trusted in-country partners who ensure that all ministry efforts are culturally appropriate and supportive of long-term outreach.
• Engage — Team members will participate in outreach activities, home visits, youth programs, and opportunities to support local churches serving refugees throughout the region.

What to Expect
This 9-day trip includes opportunities to:

• Spend time with refugee families from multiple countries and hear their stories firsthand.
• Participate in distributing aid, praying with families, and sharing Gospel stories in culturally appropriate ways.
• Serve in a refugee school operated by the local church.
• Support local churches through service projects, youth events, and Sunday worship gatherings.
• Experience a day of cultural learning through visits to historic and spiritually meaningful locations in the region.

Requirements:
Failure to commit to these requirements means CCV has the right to ask you not to participate in the trip.

• Participants must be a baptized follower of Jesus Christ. This is to ensure each person is able to contribute to the ministry work in country.
• Passport must be valid and in hand. Cannot expire before 6 months prior to arriving back in USA.
• Complete a CCV Missions background check.
• Attend CCV's Starting Point class (if you haven't already been)
• Attend pre-trip preparation meetings - Meetings TBD 

The trip cost is $3,000.

• Fundraising is encouraged - each participant receives a personal fundraising page upon approval.
• If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased, you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.
• *All payments/donations made to trip are tax deductible but NOT refundable

Included in the cost: Round trip Airfare to and from destination, accommodations, transportation and meals while in country. This also covers medical insurance, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials
Not included: Passport fees, vaccinations, and any personal spending money for meals during travel and souvenirs.
Travel Information:  All travel arrangement will be made through CCV.  A $100 deposit per person is non-refundable at the time of registration.
Shots: There are no shot requirements, but an updated Tetanus shot is Strongly Recommended for ALL trips.

Final Balance is due 2 weeks prior to departure.
