Travel with CCV to help in the recovery process from the severe flooding in Burnet,Tx to work alongside our missions partner Convoy of Hope. 

In July of 2025, flash flooding caused devastating damage to Burnet, Texas, resulting in lost lives and homes destroyed. Convoy of Hope responded immediately with multiple truckloads of relief. As Convoy transitions into the long-term recovery phase through Community Engagement activities, Field Teams have an incredible opportunity to help rebuild hope throughout the impacted area.

Who can go?

• Participants must be at least 16 years old, traveling with a parent, or 18 years or older and can travel alone.
• Individuals should be spiritually mature and in good physical health.

• Rebuilds
• Flooring
• Siding
• Insultation
• Drywall
• Carpentry
• Demolition

What are the requirements to go?

• Attend CCV's Starting Point class (if you haven't already been)
• Complete a CCV Mission background check.
• Complete the Convoy of Hope Application 
• Attend all pre-trip preparation meetings. Times and Location TBD. Your trip leader will set all dates and times and will communicate with you

Trip Cost: $1100.00

• Included in this fee: Round-trip Airfare from Phoenix to Burnett, Texas, accommodations, transportation, and meals while on the trip. This fee also covers emergency medical insurance, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials.
• Not included:  Any shots you elect to get, and any personal spending money for meals during travel and souvenirs.

Payment Schedule:

• $120 deposit per person is non-refundable at the time of registration.
• Final balance is due by July 12, 2026.  If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased, you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.
• FUNDRAISING INFORMATION: We absolutely encourage fundraising. Very few people pay for the trip on their own. You will be provided with a personal URL code to receive donations from friends and family for your trip.
