1MISSION Medical Clinic- February 2027
CCV supports the 1MISSION Medical Clinic by sending medical teams to run a full-day medical clinic in their community-based facility. This clinic provides free medical care to the poor and underserved neighborhoods of Rocky Point and surrounding towns, who do not have adequate access to healthcare.
The clinic's primary need is for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, Dentists, Optometrists, and PT/OT. Nurses are needed but limited in number, and other medical staff will fill support roles in various capacities. Limited spots are available for non-medical individuals (1-2 per trip). These individuals will fill support roles (clinic organization and participation in planned group activities with the local children).
Translators are needed. Spanish-speaking individuals are especially encouraged to apply. A medical background is not required, but it is a plus. Translators will be provided for non-Spanish speaking providers.
During this medical clinic trip, participants will partner with 1MISSION Medical Clinic to serve the Rocky Point community.
This experience offers a meaningful opportunity to serve others through medical education while being the hands and feet of Jesus in a tangible and impactful way.
